Hi BP community - I'm an investor with 3 SFHs in the Nashville area looking to acquire my first small multifamily property (2-4 units).I'm trying to determine the best approach for the 25% downpayment, comparing using cash that is currently sitting in a high yield savings account to funds from a HELOC on one of my properties.

They offer a $10K repair fund to fix damages in addition to SD plus warranty for appliance repair etc.I have no say in whom they choose to move in, whether there are animals, limit on # of occupants etc. they reserve right to inspect property so i have no idea if they can tell me to remodel, paint etc.does this make sense i have a vacancy coming up in October (bad rental timing).

Bear in mind that the fiscal treatment of the two options in Mexico is different (withholding tax on the gross income with the fideicomiso vs cost deductions with the corporation).
