Those units aren't even cleaned between tenants, they rely on the outgoing tenants to leave it clean, and if they don't the new tenants don't feel the need to clean thoroughly when they move out.

We run into serious scheduling issues with the outgoing tenants.The property is not always presented to the perspective tenants in the best condition which causes perspective tenants who would have otherwise wanted the property to look elsewhere.The condition of the property is different than what it will be when the new tenant moves in.
