Why someone would pay $49 million for a penthouse with a decent view of the SF Bay is as puzzling to me as paying some guy $10 to make potato salad.

I'm just a small potato but got back into investing into the Bay Area summer of last year, well after many were saying cash flow was done and there was little reason to continue buying in the Bay Area.Those two stadium deals we won are doing very well...

You will learn by osmosis if you look for those that are actual investors at those clubs.Some local ones here in chicago ( hint check my link in my sig block) allow you to atten your first general meeting without a charge.

Holding large amounts of cash is like holding a hot potato.

In addition, you have to realize that most of our renovations are small potatoes for these contractors when you consider how much paperwork is required.

But grilling up some chicken thighs on Sunday and pairing them with a little sweet potato and broccoli and eating that for lunch (my lunch for today) is going to be much healthier and much less expensive than eating out at your local Panera Bread or Pho Noodle place every day.  

Feedback: I've spent the last 1.5 years learning different strategies through reading, podcasts ;), and mentorship by osmosis from peers in the industry they grow their investment acumen. #1: I'm looking for feedback on buying the car now and pursuing wholesaling, effectively executing on strategy #1. #2.

Asbestos siding and lead based paint are both hot potatoes when it comes to regulations.
