Looks like a Portfolio product that the bank will hold and service as well.I'll dig in deeper with them, but not seeing them on NMLS.  

I recommend you really dig into the costs and benefits, crunch the numbers, and see if there's going to be any real benefit.

Right now, if it's just for income, you need to dig deeper and understand what you are getting yourself into for that income in terms of being a landlord and repairs.

House hacking is a wonderful way to grow a real estate portfolio and would be a great plan to dig into and set in motion!

Smarty Pants(me), or it makes way more sense to them, and worth way more to them.Maybe they know if there is civil war gold buried there, and they just haven't had time to dig it up yet?
