I think some of the takeaways are:If you have a nice place, you really don't want appliances being moved in and out banging things up.If they do bring their appliances, they are more app to stay longer.

PropStream has a driving for dollars app and its far superior to Deal Machine.

Very little.I also don't pay for any 3rd party apps.

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

The guest can log into any of their apps (Netflix, Paramount, etc.) and the TV automatically logs them off once their stay is over.Even old people with no streaming services can watch the hundreds of free ROKU channels with commercials.

Maybe it can be a little cheaper on subsequent deals, if you aren't changing much.Loan apps: while you may be able to have some investor money funded before this is due, you may not.  

Just open the app and see who gets the first page.

From our experience, every requester puts in the lowest possible rent ("<1200"), so they immediately take themself out of our match criteria, and we don't get a push notification.Since many of these potential leads actually have converted to renting with us, we check FF at least twice a day on the app and reach out to people looking for housing even if there is a gap in the match criteria.
