This area has a bible college which have no dorms but brings families from all over the world to train in ministry for their churches.

We just donated $2,500 to the Methari Slums Project, an outreach ministry sponsored by one of my best friend's churches.

We currently rent it to a couple that subleases rooms to ministry students, for $3800 per month.We are in southern California, and the property is in far northern California (650 miles away) I go back and forth on what to do with the property.

A bronze plan with ObamaCare for 2 in Dallas, TX is currently $850 per month while a Christian sharing program like Samaritan ministries is $420 but while it covers a lot & has low deductible it’s not legally & technically insurance.

I leased it out to Youth With A Mission (YWAM) where they were to house a max of 12 ministry students.

It's actually a Christian ministry, and it is something I am very proud to be a part of.

I would first off all register my business through "Brønnøysundregistrene" (The Brønnøysund Registers, formally the Register Unit in Brønnøysund, is a Norwegian state agency subordinate to the Ministry of Trade and Fisheries that runs many of the country's most important registers - Wikipedia) and I would also guess that we will not need a trade licence for home renovation business (but this depends on what your working with, for example if your performing electrical maintenance or electrical installation you need to have a electrician licence to do this).

But I get quite a few prospects my way from local young adult ministries and from past clients that know I have rentals.Hope that helps!
