not sure about your experience but the second loan you got sounds like a great deal.most lenders really price by experience to get the really low rates very few will qualify for the best rates..Experience has more weight that fico in the HML world. 

A great mortgage lender is worth their weight in gold (or whatever loan amount requested.) 

This makes more sense to us than relying strictly on  rigid yes or no criteria where any negative  disqualifies a candidate entirely.Some criteria is weighted more heavily and can overcome negatives. 

Single story so you don't have to worry as much about load bearing and weight.

They are a summer weight comforter and these are a bit thinner that those.Overall they are a larger size than your typical Walmart/Target comforter so they will hang nice on the bed and work great as a summer weight cover.

If they are a good coach, they will have you drilling fundamentals every day, watching everything you eat, studying the rules and strategies, lifting weights, and more.

Also have you considered any additional weight of snow on that might accumulate on the lattice and the rafters?
