House-hacking or arms-length?I

In 2015, the county was auctioning liens for overdue 2007 and 2008 county and city taxes, so all the available properties had at least 7 years of accumulated taxes.I had so many questions before the auction. 

@Destry Dylan Thomas Sholder I’ve discovered it’s just better to let tenants leave than risk them destroying the unit or not paying for months or getting involved in a lengthy eviction.

Those days are over due to rising costs of construction, etc.There may be a compromise with a builder.

Also, I'm wayyyy overdue. 

Like most government programs, it did take time to get on board, but I feel like it wasn't too lengthy.  

If you have no experience at this price range I think you are drawing dead on financing given the extensive/complicated/lengthy nature of the project.

It was a lengthy process to get them to change the description and captions to something better, and I ended up hiring a new photographer on my own dime to come out and take better photos.  

There may be ways to get them out without having to go through lengthy eviction processes.
