How can I correct cashflow issues if I have 3 properties?

To achieve this, I’m planning to scale rapidly by performing a couple of syndications to acquire a larger portfolio.I currently have a portfolio of 17 properties, but to justify labor costs and create a sustainable structure, I need to expand quickly.

We agreed to address the issues left by the previous tenant and you did not want us to handle it.

I'm looking to bundle them and 1031 exchange them into a larger property.  

Along with State and federal forests that are larger than most new England states with no housing in them.

Our main issue is these properties are owned in an LLC.

I know this is also a National issue, especially in land constricted markets.

No DTI issues.
