Wichita is a place of around 500k people and I think there is a small tight knit Argentinian /Central/S American community that would be willing to help someone new become acclimated and learn the ropes.Your biggest hurdle will be immigration and you should start there...get that figured out and through networking and hard work you can likely figure out the rest.
