I am a nice person but I do burn out on feeling like im being let down so it does sometimes take some patience (and space from your phone) so you don’t loose your cool because you do NOT want to make a bad name for yourself with the agency

Then add staging, and now into marketing, how to pump it out there for maximum exposure, now we are paying all these sites to list and promote, burning a few hundred on FB ad's, a few hundred on this site, a few hundred on that site.

You will burn through several of each before you settle on a more permanent person, and even then they can disappoint at any time.2.

maybe as an MTR... not sure Mid term work in recreation areas.. ours in Vegas is very successful and I think other bigger cities.. our tenants are usually insurance burn outs  IE house burned insurance is paying while their home is fixed.. 

They rather burn the house to the ground than sell it.And none of it is relevant.

Syndicator is burned if they commit to one LP and then investment committee kills deal.  

If you poke around on BP you will find story after story from OOS investors that decided to self-manage, got burned, and now are asking for help.

If they get burned they have a few bucks to keep rolling to find an actual buyer.

And I got burned almost every time by being the nice guy.
