Ashley simply does not have the experience to properly structure and document that deal and, likely, doesn't have enough knowledge (and, perhaps, fortitude) to control the deal and the buyer.

@Oscar Coronado If your looking to invest from out of the country I would cheak out Columbus Ohio, your in a good spot with having cash so you really want to intest in an area that you can find those returns.  

Fortitude and grit will get you far.

First I want to say great focus and fortitude.

Well, I sure as hell don't wanna buy CF with my time, effort, and excessive intestinal fortitude.  

If you are an MMA fighter, you probably know something about fortitude and tenacity, which will serve you well in this space. 

Persistence, the willingness to act quickly, and fortitude to withstand the risk that is often required to win deals definitely helps! 

The numbers look awesome on paper BUT you need the right team, the right strategy and the mental fortitude and experience to make the deal profitable.

Funny, I’ve made some great buys in the last 40 years, and almost everyone of them I was able to obtain at the “steal” price because of the following factors1 - I had the experience, knowledge and information to be able to recognize the true value2- I had the Fortitude the take the calculated risk and invest my money3 - I had access to cash immediately to convince the seller to take the property off the marketThese deals came along about once every three years - and I look at 2,500 deals a year!  

It will take more intestinal fortitude than you have ever imagined.
