I want to share with others that I called the Attorney for D32 today and she stated that the storms knocked out the internet and the offices but it was not a reason for any delay on the return of deposits. 

The idea is they want to add more long term rentals to the market to help with affordability.The mid-term market is interesting but then you are covering utilities, internet, etc.

I don't want that to happen to you, or anyone else, because regrets in REI can have a lot of zeros in their price tag.This is just someone's opinion on the internet, it's worth about what you paid for it. :)Wishing you all the success you can dream of!

Signs of this are poor lease quality, maybe M2M tenants, high expenses (unnecessary things like high trash bills, internet, cleaning, security).

It doesn't make sense to partner with complete strangers on the internet that are mores likely to use your money and screw you over.

Of course I dont know if he taps into satellite internet and is still involved but he has had a ton of incredible adventures the last year from what I saw.
