The borrower likely cannot pay such tax burdens if they can not afford to make their mortgage payment.A DIL from first position can be pursued with an existing junior lien with the understanding that it is possible for a first mortgagee to merge their interests into title becoming inferior to the second lien and the second lien taking superiority.  

Laminate in general is an inferior product, made with toxic chemicals, in an irresponsible manor, and doesn't hold up well at all in a rental/tenant environment.

You might end up paying more and/or getting an inferior product.HD installers are locked into a contract with HD to do a job for a set price. 

I'm not suggesting a credit report isn't also valuable, I am just trying to understand why CreditKarma is being described as an inferior way to get your credit score.

The other ones were typically inferior units (mostly outdated units bad location but with in a good location if that makes sense).There were only a few legit lower priced ones that were mostly mom and pop landlords who probably didn't do good due diligence or care...

In fact it took me several months to get up the confidence to solicit him for his business as I was suffering from an overwhelming inferior complex as a result of my reverence for both his title and expertise.

IF you've got it budgeted for HARD wood then why go with something that you obviously know is inferior to your needs.
