Evaluating a self-storage opportunity and would love folks' input on a few questions that I have, below. 

Quality over quantity. that would be an interesting exercise for BP super computer who has the most votes to post ratio I bet Mike D is right at the top.. then on the inverse you would have the least votes for the most posts those would be those folks that just post the same thing over and over I suspect.

To get around this some folks will purchase the vehicle in an LLC and then sell the LLC, and this is not breaking the agreement.The same thing would apply here.

As folks are telling you it is hard to say since it all depends on what you need to do.

PS before the hedge funds jumped in about 2011 to 2012 I was an activce courthouse buyer in Henry county and a few of the counties on the north side of Atl metro so been to many of the  auctions having them all on one day is a cluster .. you have multiple criers crying sales simultainously it can be hard to follow but you can also squeeze out one that folks missed.. we did quite well until the hedge funds knocked us little guys out of the area..

good story.. there are so many examples of folks buying worthless land at tax sales.or bidding on seconds at foreclosure sales and thinking it was the first or wiped out the first..

We are woking to by the park back so that our residents can stay in their home and not have to worry about having to go to a retirement or old folks home.All of you that disagree go dig in someone else's pockets.

Some folks love that, some don't. 

Most are folks that have the emotional control of a 5 year old, controlling attitude, an omniscient narrative in every thread & topic, act like an online hall monitor, and constant attention seeking.
