What's stopping you from going to property auctions in your area to meet wholesalers in action?

This house just had a 20% reduction and an increase in activity this weekend.

I have 15 years of experience in investing in actively owned real estate and 3 years of very immersed experience in passive investing in private placements and it is still challenging to source and select conservative opportunities (particularly in today's market).  

Those 2 accounts are more than 5 years old and have been paid off and largely inactive for the past 4. 

In over 700 deals I think that's to be expected.Have you ever seen a photographer in action? 

There are no shortage of flippers in action here.
