Imagine dropping a stone on the Public Garden and watch as the ripples extend outward.

In this update, we walk through the property’s first 2 full quarters of ownership.As you can imagine, with 4 of those months being coronavirus months, we dealt with HUGE challenges.

For example, I imagine in a market like Detroit, a neighborhood, at-large, may be filled with mostly Class A properties (in comparison to the rest of the surrounding suburb and/or city); but, I would think that the quality of these properties can be further subdivided within themselves too.

Now, think about the acceleration of technology and imagine 200 years into the future.

I look at every single item in the pro forma and imagine that it is complete BS, and see if I can challenge it.

I have not received any feedback regarding that, but I like to imagine it does provide a new level of coziness upon their stay. 

This was in a middle class neighborhood and I get why that is less risk however with apartments increasingly including laundry, I would imagine demand lessening in that location. 

Imagine me asking my attorney for $35K worth of free court appearance /advise or a real estate agent to forgo the 6% fees on selling of a home or demanding my property manager give me 20 years of free property management or going to Best Buy every week and coming out with a cart full of electronics good without paying, etc.

Imagine what your life would look like if you had held onto all that real estate from 20-30 years ago.

I can't imagine someone with this history so fiscally irresponsible!
