I have been absolutely humbled by the amount of genuine, detailed replies I have received from everyone, like you.

I am really on the forum to learn, be humble, and seek out the right advice from the right people.

Put yourself in the humble position of a student and learn as much as you can from people who are successful in what they are currently doing.  

In my humble opinion, (after spending the last 8+yrs “managing” /co-financing my parents’ home and then their rentals) I highly recommend helping your parents sell their house & enjoying your non-business relationship with your parents while you’re still able.           

What's more important is to recognize where in the cycle you are and be positioned for it, in my humble opinion.Personally, I would not be heavily leveraged now, or hold onto property in landlord-unfriendly states as we face at minimum, a correction, and possibly a bear market. 

Make sure to humble yourself and not feel entitled, nothing will turn off a possible mentor more than that.

I'm pretty sure most of the same math is still true.Stanley was a bit of a arrogant jerk about a lot of things, in my not-so-humble opinion.

@Rob BeaumontHey congrats on starting you’re path, I’m also a newbi just one 4 family under my belt but working on the second one , If I can give you my humble input, study everything , read books, ask question on BP, anything that gets you’re knowledge up , and take action, since I bought my almost moths ago ican allready see a change in my life , speaking in the overall aspect, Keep it up!

It was an amazingly humbling exercise that I would recommend to every investor, given we are at the top of Markets again in many markets.
