@Joe SplitrockHi Joe, and the key is their type of job will matter a hole lot, I mean you have top chef's that works on a cruise ship and now he's out of work because the pandemic shut the cruise lines down, now I can't have him or her as a tenant

I have worked as a pro chef for more than 20 years and have felt the sexism you spoke of from time to time in my career.

I can go out for a nice meal and enjoy the result without having to know what spices the chef used and how he cooked it.  

The chefs and small-business owners I know identify heavily with their professions.
