Ceiling fans do get dusty but it’s take a long time to get in that state and it takes 2-min per fan to clean unless it’s greasy.  

I get the impression you work for food... what does a $1 cheeseburger get me?

I asked for "how do you make a cheeseburger" ad you replied with "anybody can do that, then you put pickles on it".

when you are out of bed early on a Saturday just to have breakfast at the local greasy spoon... with another investor.

Not everyone will order the same cheeseburger, or even a burger at all.

But paying 400 is about right for this service just make sure you do your homework and read everything before you sign and if it feels greasy then it is. 

I could manage these greasy dirty deals if I was doing 3-5 at a time.

I thought "f@ck" from month five or six, but was hoping that being nice would turn a $hitburger into a $hit-cheeseburger.

A few years ago I could go to McDonald’s get a double cheeseburger and a medium chocolate shake3.50 now it’s 8$ and it takes twice as long to get it Gas was only $1.60 for a short time in the MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC.  

I have just one tenant who pays in cash now (used twenties from a cash job) and I get all the logistical difficulties, but really...it's CASH.In the brief interim of time between receiving my wad of greasy, stinking twenties in my hot little hand and the moment I stuff those bills into the slot of the ATM, I feel alive.
