The governor of FL suspended vacation rentals and the beach (the biggest draw here) is closed.

Here is what I'm seeing down here on the Panhandle of FL: 1) The impact of COVID-19 restrictions was significant, especially after the Governor of FL suspended vacation rentals in the state and the beaches were closed.2) As soon as rumors of the beaches re-opening started floating around, people started sending inquiries of making reservation.

Has the Governor banned evictions in your State? 

The Governor has put a stay on evictions, so if you need to evict, the courts will not process them.

Today, Arizona's governor gave the following Executive Order (link to azgovernor.gov) for postponement of eviction actions as they relate to tenants effected by Covid-19.

I expect the Governor to announce the same for Shelter in Place.
