I have managed to get myself into a bit of a complex situation on my first deal and I'm looking for some advice. 

Took about 2 weeks to get the property rent ready.

We remodeled the whole thing and should have it rent ready in by 3/25.

I was ready to get into Airbnb, so this was also my first Airbnb :) How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Even if you get something in escrow right away, it's still a 30-45 day escrow period before you would get paid, unless you are working with cash Buyers.  

My mum currently lives there, she is 80 and not very well, but you would also become a tenant in common and as such if you had the time you could profit 100% from the transaction, as I need cash urgently and am willing to heavily discount the asset.I am wondering if there is a market out there where someone wants to get a foothold in the London market by buying my part of the property.

We Go after properties that are either rent ready or don't need much to be rent ready. 

Then hire one that sounds competent and that you can get along with.

No making sure the home was clean and ready for guest.
