:)I would get yourself some education on alternative methods of finding deals, it's fun and from what you mentioned it appears you like rolling your sleeves up, researching, etc. 

I've started by rolling up my sleeves, reading as much as I can on BPs while working my full time job and listening to the BP podcasts in the car and while I"m working out.

As an agent, you have many more options up your sleeve when it comes to pricing.  

You can learn all you need to know by rolling up your sleeves and shadowing someone that is successful at it.

@David Hodge as was pointed out you manufacture deals and opportunities by rolling up your sleeves and looking where no one else is searching.  

Then again here in Texas I see a lot of business owners wearing their religion on their sleeve in emails, advertising, etc.That said, it's great that your sending holiday cards.

Is he capable of rolling up the sleeves and working on this unit, ie painting, cleaning, demo, etc.  

Besides, in RE we have laws concerning excluding other groups, while a certain political group isn't a protected class, I'll bet there are protected classes in that political group, so that might be difficult.Why alienate a 1/2 or 1/3 or even a 1/4 of some political crazies from your point of view just to run them away wearing your beliefs on your shirt sleeve?
