in some markets I build in we have to sprinkler the homes because fire flow at the hydrants is not adequate.. in our area you need 1500 gallons per minute at the hydrant sometimes they will over look other areas nope and that will add 6 to 10k per home.

I will look up gas prices on airplane websites that tell you were the best deals are on gas along your route of flight.. this can save a bunch. instead of popping into say Sun valley and paying 8 bucks a gallon X 60 to fill up i can hit Idaho falls small non towered self serve and get gas for under 5 bucks so save 200 dollars right there.

I don’t see the value to you and this comes from not only an investor, but also a GC.Padding costs, ordering 5 gallons of paint rather than just the needed for and using 5th gallon for another jobsite, inflating labor costs, etc are all risks you will be taking in such an arrangement and many of them are difficult to catch.
