I'm looking at my first 7-unit deal & if it even comes to fruition, I have a PL lined up to put down the down pymt in return for an interest rate & 1/2 ownership.

I’m working on building a team of individuals to essentially put our cash, our time, and our efforts as much as we’re able to make our goals come to fruition.

All that land , all those buildings would have pressure to produce jobs and fruition to the communities.

Even if the strategy you outlined comes to fruition, what will you do for the next deal?

Once you've developed a strategy it becomes easier to see your plan come to fruition. 

And when you see a potential deal that has an agent, how do you go about bringing the deal to fruition? 

I would tread lightly, I know that this seems like a great opportunity but I would consider partnering with someone on this if this came to fruition as your lack of experience could be a detriment to the project.
