@Shaheen Ahmed you can find all the info you need online if you know where to look - except that the City of Detroit Assessor's Office is consistently undervaluing properties to keep property taxes attractive for investors - to keep improving the city:)Here's some copy & paste infor for Michigan Property Taxes that you might be able to use as a template for other areas - or you could start investing in Detroit:)----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Michigan has some of the most complicated property taxes in the USA.

Pro:- it’s trained to look for safety risks, expensive repairs- within minutes analyzes entire disclosure packet of hundreds of pages- works as another set of eyes that looks for things you should be watching out for, likewise of a companion - great to quickly learn of property conditions from the actual documents while on the go (given that you still follow your own due diligence process)- beta is freeCons:- still in beta- can’t share report directly unless copy and paste- only core documents (home inspection, pest, roof, tds, hazard, solar) are supported but not regional specific disclosures like hoa- estimates it provides aren’t accurate- not mobile friendly

If your realtor is listing it for free and not helping, that's not much help since leaving you to screen tenants and run through leads is like asking you to perform knee surgery, you don't know what you are doing.All rental listings should get bombarded on Zillow Rental Manager and HotPads, etc in the first week so if you have limited activity, your price is either too high or the photos are bad and the copy about the place is bad.Use something like RentSpree from screening.
