There's someone around here (sorry, I've forgotten who!)

I actually have a gallon bottle of that LA Awesome cleaner that I used for carpet a long time ago and had forgotten about it!

My father-in-law who lives in Milwaukee and is helping me look for properties out there and he has forgotten more about Milwaukee real estate than most people will ever know.  

Is there anything we may have forgotten to do?  

Any small things you guys have forgotten or wish you had done differently before the move?

This has not been forgotten and causes reluctance for many to take the plunge into home ownership.I'm part of this generation, but I fall into a small percentage of the generation that wants to invest in real estate.

Added extra riders to my insurance, check.Lawyer involved in setting up my LLC, check.Audited by a CPA anually, check.Seperate Business Accounts, check.I am sure there are other check marks I've forgotten to include here, but the question is "Was this done for me?"  

However, the things you don't use will become forgotten. 

Any favor you do for a tenant, will quickly be forgotten (No good deed goes unpunished).  

The dining room has the upper half papered and then the entire entry foyer / hallway has it floor-to-ceiling.The photo below shows the dining room and as you can see it is stick in the 1970s . . . anyone want some stunning curtains to go with the long forgotten leisure suit?
