Would be curios if folks have also just included the cost of utilities at this price and left it unpermitted.

As a result, if that carrier goes under and is unable to pay claims, the state is not required to backstop the policy.

Or they have it figured out and are going to cure via paying or modification etc etc.

for folks in So cal  I think Vegas is a great choice   1. you can drive there   keep in mind flying to other parts of the country to check on property is going to eat up 1 months rent if you go annually.2.
