I have a 3BR, 2BA, 1380 sq. ft. home in the Villas neighborhood of Ft Myers that I plan on short term renting via AirBnB. 

I don't have any area or neighborhood in mind. 

It takes knowledge. if all you have is 15k then this might not be a good fit for you.
