Another vote for Cozy here, easy for tenants to link their bank account, nice reporting one click to export an excel of payment history come tax season, I also like how it sends an automated "upcoming rent due" reminder email to tenants out a few days before 1st of the month.

The above is kind of how it's always been here in the SF Bay Area, word on the street is that we've been exporting our normal listing price practices to the rest of the country since March of 2020.
