Further, I actually referred another coach in one of my comments, and never hyped my own program. 

So act quickly, do as the others are saying and screen him according to your standard criteria. credit, references, eviction history, etc.

We do not charge a fee to our members and we do receive a broker to broker fee, but it is up to the broker to pay the referring broker, and GEG opted not to pay us. 

Since it is explained clearly in the contract terms, (managing expectations there), the PM's initial response to the dispute was to reference that language.We found out about the dispute after the tenant had repeated her dispute 2x -- and the property mgmt asked us what we wanted to do.
