I am still considering getting a 2nd master's degree even all of the "enlightening" education outside of my formal education since 2002.

Looking to get enlightened by his expert opinion. 

I definitely will think long and hard about it, but it's enlightening to hear your perspective on it. 

It can be frustrating because you want to enlighten them.

Generally its safer to process applications first come first served, so make a decision on this couple then move onto others..This is just my opinion, I have just done my first tenant turnover and it was enlightening.

Very enlightening.
