I have little confidence in turnkey providers, deals are already hard to come by, if they take another 20% cut before.. much better to buy a property from an owner that is in good condition.

Hey y'all, I have approached a point where I have built up more confidence in performing my first house flip in the Charlotte metro region.

I will say though if this is your only option and you're confident in finding a deal below market value, then it might be worth it.

If you're confident you can find better cash-flowing deals or scale your portfolio with leverage, it could make more sense to reinvest rather than pay off the loan.
