EDIT - The house itself is a bit boring IMHO.

Edit: My rental below has trippled since my last purchase over 15 years ago but after all expenses after the sale including taxes, recapture, renovations, agent fees etc, I believe I would need to leverage 6 of these homes to beat the market. 6 of these below.
