The GC does a lot of the odds and ends work of tying the place together.

I sell a lot of properties with seller/creative financing in the Austin area. 

I don't have any brand preferences personally (I use Fantasy Spas at most of my units but I'm sure there are alot of reputable options), but just make sure wherever you place it is built to handle that type of weight.

You'll find a lot of hard working contractors.Have something to write on as many of the contractors won't have business cards.You'll still want to screen them a bit because, "there's a reason they work with the hands, not their heads":)

Unfortunately BP search for people is less than desirable so had to make a post to try and find people.If you are in the area, love to connect as we have a lot of opportunities (portfolio of assets) that just came our way.

.: The hate for wholesalers on BiggerPockets is insane when there are still genuine, good wholesalers out there who aren’t selling a dream.There are good wholesalers out there, but unfortunately, there are also a lot who have no idea what they're doing and some that are just scammers. 

I will be here for 6 months to a year and looking to continue hands on support/experience.I am a construction manager and have a lot of background in contractor management, site scheduling, and quality control.

I also have a lot of connections that offer debt funds. 

It has a lot of potential, but will need a lot of work.
