This site gave me all the info I needed to do my first rehab almost two years ago....there is really no better place to get an education and support on real estate investing, and for free at that.Then I got distracted and after running around for a few years chasing my tail, I've been back and after a few months of reading up I'm remotivated again.

I keep things like that to myself also, as I've found that naysayers can be a HUGE distraction.

Thats the main issue for me, there is so much going on its distracting.

It is just too much of a distraction to deal with the gov.
