It's been a cash cow that's appreciated nearly 500% but I feel like it's reached its maximum investment potential, at least for me.

My wife and children stayed on a working farm and part of it was they let us feed the cows and tour the barns.

For me at least they require concentration and thought and time to digest.

I had farm use so could have put my cows and chickens in there and they would be responsible if the farm animals got loose.

The good part about practices is that they require less fiscal investment and generally can be better "cash cows" than a business.
