I have come to find out that every city,county and state have different rules/regulations when it comes to starting group homes.Research your local city zoning ordinance and reach out to your local county human services department for more information.If you have more specific questions you would like to ask feel free to reach out and I'll try to answer to the best of my ability. 

Hi Tony:The best way to handle is to visit the city planning department which zoning is usually part of to see if a variance is granted, and examine the plans filed.

I'd let the power company know.The power company was there almost as fast as the fire department👍 

I leave near Baltimore MD and I have heard horror stories about the tenants AND the section 8 department.

In January 2022 the IRS legal department actually confirmed that what Im describing is possible (See CCA memo)!

Interest rates were climbing and a not so funny comedy of errors with the load company cost me dearly in rates.

That would open up a whole can of worms with any building department, I would guess (foundation)!

I would run the idea by the assessors office and maybe the code department.
