Here’s our OPINION for the Metro Detroit market (use as a template for your target area!)

Affordability for the average person is essential, in my opinion. 

Just wanting to understand opinions & ask some questions.  

In my opinion, I like a cash asset, but they may be able to sell now, buy a smaller house for themselves, and a rental property or two in Texas.

You can also hire a real estate attorney off of UpWork or Fiverr to review the documents and give you an opinion just to be sure.

Just my personal opinion - get a mentor or a person who already has good experience running STR business, preferably in your area (but not 100% required). 

In my opinion, it is better to choose an area with a path to progress. 

Everyone needs to run their own numbers and not take the wholesaler's price opinion or rehab budget.

Want to hear opinion from the experts in the field here. 

I know this is an old thread.I'd like to get a more recent opinion of these apps.I think the DFD options is very interesting.What we want to do is endorse one of these for our Real Estate Club in Greenville, SC and have a contest for our members to see who can find the most deals with the software.Maybe try and get a rep from the company we choose to come and speak at one of our in person meeting and also negotiate a longer trial window if possible for our members.
