The country is the worst it's ever been.

I understand that completing long distances BRRRRs is a different kind of animal, so I am hoping to glean insight from investors who have successfully gone down this path.

@Chris Lin not sure where else you own properties, but all their fees are what is normal for the Metro Detroit area.We have heard some PMCs offer lower fees in other parts of the country, but from what we've researched, these only apply to Class A properties - which are REAL easy to manage.We actually charge LESS than average to manage Class A rentals in our market.

I have passive investments all over the country.  

I work with investors from other countries and there are foreign national loans available.

@Collin H. yes this is in a residential neighborhoodI will definitely try and push back to the city and see if they will honor their previous issuance of the permit without having to go down the path with the Board.If they say no we'll see what the Board says.

Aishan,Detroit is one of the best markets in the country but you have to know what you're and you have to work with people that have your best interest at heart.

One of them has a clear path to return a profit and is executing that plan well.
