You really shouldn’t be running your business on a stranger googling answers for you but…the google says:  Depending on the rental agreement, Georgia landlords typically must provide a 60-day notice for lease renewals or terminations, while tenants generally need to give only a 30-day notice for lease termination.Jan 18, 2024If a new lease is not signed, and the landlord continues to accept monthly rent, the terms of the original lease still apply, except the landlord is required to give sixty (60) days' notice before she can terminate the lease or change the terms, and you (the tenant) are required to give thirty (30) days' notice before leaving.So you can’t non-renew until the end of April and you can’t even increase the rent until then.

Along the way, I have met many fellow tax preparers in office settings, continuing education classes, and other meetings. 

Continuously educate yourself about real estate and investment strategies.

WordPress, especially when paired with plugins like WP Rentals or a property management system, offers more flexibility for custom features like dynamic calendars, booking systems, and integrations with platforms like Airbnb.If you're planning to grow beyond a few properties, WordPress can handle that expansion better since you can continuously customize it as your business needs change.

As for the areas to target, my goal in getting our feet wet as real estate investors--and since we plan to be living in Sac--is to find a property we can live in while renting out one or more units to help cover our housing expenses, which we can then hold and continue to rent out when we move.

I continue to see new platforms promise ease of use, lightning-fast approvals, and streamlined processes.
