If you would like to continue to operate as a short term rental, you will need to submit a new STR application for this property and must go to the Board of Adjustment and be granted a special exception for staff to approve this request for a Type 2 STR Permit.The Board of Adjustment consists of eleven (11) members; you will have to get a concurring vote from nine (9) out of eleven (11) members in order to be granted the special exception.

I rarely see anyone address the underlying root cause of the issue.

There are going to more and more of these coming down the pike as interest rates continue to stay high.

What will happen is you'll continue to waste time being drawn into the tenant's circle of drama.Just stop engaging.

And guess what, is that person going to do EVERYTHING they can to throw you under the bus and roll back and fourth over your corpse, HECK-YEAH they will!   

As JD stated, if you knew you were going to be moving in 6 months, this would be considered Occupancy Fraud.  

Once that amount is reached, then continue setting aside cash for the next investment purchase.
