I have not had good communication with the property management team either so in the next month or so I am switching over to another company I have already spoke with who also recommended seeing how long I can go with complimentary property management.I'm actually just a little concerned with whether the tenant is being taken care of or not.

My only concern to look out for is that things can go 'rural' pretty quickly if you start venturing outside of town, and most lenders are going to put the brakes on financing if the appraisal lists the property as 'rural' (has to do with what they perceive as the availability of future tenants).Watertown, NY - It probably is as good as you believe, but the lending licensing is pretty tricky up there, so its just bit more difficult to find lenders that operate up there.

If I represent buyers, I like to include my name and contact information along with a sentence that if anything changes after the signing but before the sale, the tenant is obligated to notify me in writing or it waives any of those changes.Buyers might have other tenant concerns that are specific to a property.
