It is sad because when I first moved to the Northwest, Seattle was one of the cleanest big cities I ever encountered.I'm personally done with blue states. 

Does anyone have any opinion on this color?

Here's the blue print:The deed holder should be a Wyoming LLC because you will become invisible to your tenants & aggressive creditors & attorneys.

Should be in the parkway (on the street side of the sidewalk), look for a blue metal circle in the grass somewhere.

It's a 2 bed 1 bath ~900 sq/ft condo and the entire thing is painted black & dark blue right now.

Current plan is to rip out the carpet, it's trashed, and replace with LVP (one of the four colors, not sure which is best to choose... see attached image), replace the laminate counter with granite.

External is usually where they want to approve the color of the house, types of materials, roofing, landscaping, driveway condition, etc.
