Do you have proper offering circulars disclosing the risks?

Never let the sander stop in position and grind a line, and even if you do grind a line, just sand it out.The 4 pad circular sanders do a lot more damage to a hardwood floor as they remove far more material.

Bright as a whip, can solve any Diff EQ equation, but uses a circular saw to cut sheetrock.

My first flip I did some framing with a circular saw, but for my second flip I bought a mitre saw and it was a total game changer.

Cutting block walls usually can be done with a standard circular saw and diamond blade (as long as everything isn't core filled).

I usually cut the slabs myself with my circular saw using a diamond blade and running the saw reverse, gliding the guide along a angled piece of steel which I clamp down on the slab..
