Never let the sander stop in position and grind a line, and even if you do grind a line, just sand it out.The 4 pad circular sanders do a lot more damage to a hardwood floor as they remove far more material.

Anyone know a local person who would be willing to do the fabrication ( sink cut outs etc)  Guess I could find someone with a circular saw or grinder but would love to have something more reliable.Clearly, these guys with the Bridge saws and CNC routers want to sell you the granite as well :(Hope this is Richmond Va and not Richmond in another state :)
