I did attempt a foreign entity in FL, I am still getting letters stating they need an original certificate of good standing and they do have the 87 dollars I sent to register as a foreign entity.

The city is saying that those things are needed in order to get a rental certificate.

Am I just issued another certificate that I paid this years taxes or will I have rights over the property?

Additionally, if an architect has what’s called an NCARB certification, they can obtain their license in other states to expand coverage areas and take on similar projects in new locations.  

I'm not sure if this is acceptable in your state, but an example might be; the master would be Heavenly Homes, Series LLC, filed as required and obtain a certificate of good standing, tax ID number, etc. for the bank account....Then, "Heavenly Homes Series One LLC" file it with that name, it has a tax ID, certificate of good standing, etc. take that to the bank show the Operating Agreement for the powers granted to those members. 

Even if you go DSCR where they lend to the LLC, they are going to ask for articles of incorporation, EIN assignment letter, operating agreement, and sometimes a certificate of status as well. 

If they "registered" a dog as an ESA, they paid a fee to a fake site for a fake certification.

In Delaware we are required to give the tenant 48-hour written notice of entry (sent by certificate of mailing) unless they agree to something earlier.  

They have not closed it or gotten a certificate of occupancy.
