Nobody likes to work hard in the heat.The biggest concern in the past has been winter, but 2024 was the warmest year on record and we have seen +3F on average in every season, which really took the edge of winter (you can call it brown grass season now) while summers are pleasant 75-85F.The cost of living is low, yet the quality of live is relatively high.

I was at a networking event over the summer and an attendee mentioned he Co-GP's apartment syndications and described his role as providing the escrow funds which I found to be comical.

I will be applying to schools this upcoming summer, interviewing in the fall, and, Lord-willing, finding out late fall where I will be headed. 

This is even though I'm through my 3rd summer and my cleaner can now do Saturdays. 

We bought the house in the summer of 2016, started the strategy in May of 2018.

Real estate courses and networking began for me in Summer 2021. 

I joined after reading 5-6 of the BP authored books and I've loved growing my understanding of the world of real estate investing.I made my first investment this summer and my family is partnering to make a few investments in the next year.
