I agree that some groups take the money making aspect to far and are simply taking advantage of enthusiastic newbies.The two groups I spend most of my time at now are not REIAs, The BWI Meetup and a group of landlords that get together for a casual lunch once a week.

We are "Hollywood 2.0" thanks to Mark Wahlberg and have more businesses other than casinos coming in at a steady pace.

Furthermore, I'm enthusiastic about connecting and meeting individuals who share similar interests and reside in NYC.Thank you!

There were 12,000 of them and the casinos are not going to let them continue to compete in the city.  

I have ~$40k in IRA money earning nothing because I think Wall Street is a crooked casino, and poised to crash again.
