I agree with many who have already said...Identify that the car is theirs, request that it be moved. 

I would take some of your marketing money and use it to fix the transmission on the car. I

@Alexander Felice I do have 2 credit cards which are paid off and student loans which are in deferment (so i'm sure it will be counted as 1% as I do not yet have a payment plan), my car is paid off so no other tradeline& we are just now getting out of the upside down phase, the ratio is 80.5Also homes in my are are not particularly expensive, especially for what I am looking for a fixer upper (with mostly cosmetic issues)

As was mentioned earlier by Jiri, if you bought ... let's say in Morrisville or West Cary 2 years ago, you could have built enough appreciation by now, to allow you to have more buying power.

If I wanted to race, I'd buy crypto instead of real estate...As for my car, I screwed up on that one and am paying the price. 

Because I thought I frickend diserves this expensive equipment to drive around in becuse I “worked hard” now I realize that was a HUGE mistake and I’m paying as much as my house payment for this car... I
