They expect personal cell phone numbers and their calls/texts to be answered no matter the time of day and on weekends - even holidays.

Everyone is accessible through email and cell phone.  

Management can literally be done remotely with access to a computer and a cell phone......We have 49 large units being built and they have 12 month leases and we anticipate them to be fully occupied quickly.

With that said- if there are no scores reporting, you can still qualify with showing a few alternative trade-lines; such as cell phone bill, utility bill, car insurance bill, etc. 

The Data base was basically the I 5 corridor from the California Oregon Border to Just South of Tacoma Washington between the coast range and the Cascade range.. we had about 11k parcels identified and that was our list.. we sent some mailers but it was almost all telephone work.. once we had the data base we used the reverse directory to find the phone numbers now keep in mind this is pre Cell phone..
